Orders
How do I place an order? Browse the rackets, add what you want to your cart, click checkout. Pay securely with credit card or debit card. You'll get an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped, email Support@padeluxe.net right away with your order number. Once an order is in transit, we can no longer change it — but you can still return it under our returns policy.
Do you sell internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. See shipping policy for delivery times and costs.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
- Dubai: same day
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- Worldwide: 4–14 business days depending on destination
How much does shipping cost?
- Dubai: free
- Everywhere else: calculated at checkout
Do I have to pay customs? For international orders outside the UAE, your country may charge import duties or VAT on arrival. These are your responsibility and not included in our prices.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link.
Returns
Can I return my racket? Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it's unused and in original packaging. See returns policy.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer pays. We deduct the actual return shipping cost from your refund.
How long does a refund take? We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take up to 14 additional business days to credit your account.
What if my racket arrives damaged? Email us within 48 hours at Support@padeluxe.net with photos. We'll replace it at no cost.
Products
Are your rackets new? Yes. Every racket is new, unused, and shipped in original manufacturer packaging.
Do the rackets come with a warranty? No. See warranties page for details on what's covered (defects and shipping damage) and what isn't (normal wear).
Which racket should I choose? Each product page lists the technical specs — carbon weave, EVA foam density, balance, intended level. If you're not sure which suits your game, email us with your level and playing style and we'll suggest.
Account & data
Do I need to create an account to order? No. We support guest checkout — just enter your shipping and payment details at checkout.
Will you send me marketing emails? Only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We don't add you automatically. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What do you do with my data? See our Privacy Policy for the full picture. Short version: we use your data to fulfill your order and to send marketing only with consent. We don't sell your data to anyone.
