These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website padeluxe.net ("the Site") and the products and services offered through it, operated by Padeluxe Trading LLC ("Padeluxe", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

To purchase from Padeluxe, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Products and pricing

All products and prices on the Site are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify product descriptions, specifications, and prices at any time without prior notice
  • Limit the quantity of any product sold to a single customer
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill)

Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of UAE VAT where applicable. Customers outside the UAE may be responsible for additional import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order:

  • The order constitutes an offer to purchase from us at the displayed price
  • We are not obligated to accept any order, and your order is not confirmed until we send you an order confirmation email
  • Payment is collected at the time of order
  • We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout
  • All payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, product designs, photography, written copy, and the "Padeluxe" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Padeluxe Trading LLC and protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padeluxe Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the products purchased through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where local consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you additional rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent update. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
