Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Free delivery across the UAE. Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 12pm.

Shipping rates

Dubai

Free same-day delivery on orders placed before 12pm (excluding Sundays). Orders placed after 12pm or on Sunday ship the next business day. Delivered by Quipup.

Rest of UAE

Free 1–3 day delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivered by Quipup.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait)

AED 100 — 2–5 business days. Delivered by Posta Plus, Aramex, or Naqel depending on destination.

Europe

AED 195 — 4–7 business days. Delivered by DHL Express.

North America (USA, Canada, Mexico)

AED 285 — 5–8 business days. Delivered by DHL Express.

Asia

AED 195 — 5–8 business days. Delivered by DHL Express.

Australia & New Zealand

AED 215 — 6–9 business days. Delivered by DHL Express.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility, collected by the carrier upon delivery if applicable.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed on the next business day after they are placed
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships

Customs and import fees

For international orders outside the UAE, you may be charged additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees by your country's customs authority. These charges are:

  • Not included in the product price
  • Not included in the shipping cost
  • The responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery or at customs

If you refuse a package due to unwillingness to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. First, check your tracking number for updates
  2. If tracking shows no movement for 3+ business days beyond the estimate, contact us at Support@padeluxe.net
  3. We work with our carriers to investigate

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for the package.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it. Then contact us at Support@padeluxe.net within 48 hours of delivery with the photos.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll issue a refund minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees.
