Returns & Refunds
We design our rackets for players who care about how their gear performs. If your racket isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a refund, the racket must be:
- Unused — no court contact, no ball marks, no scuffs
- In original packaging — the box and all internal padding intact
Returns that don't meet these conditions will be refused, and the racket returned to the customer at their expense.
How to start a return
- Email us at Support@padeluxe.net within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- We'll confirm the return and send instructions for shipping the racket back
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When we issue your refund, we'll deduct the actual return shipping cost from the refund amount.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund timeframe
Once we receive the returned racket and confirm it meets the return conditions:
- We process the refund within 2 business days
- Your bank may take up to 14 additional business days to credit the amount to your account
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Damaged or defective items
If your racket arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Support@padeluxe.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Final sale items
Items marked "final sale" on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
