Warranties & Disclaimer

Product warranty

Padeluxe rackets are sold without a manufacturer warranty. The materials and construction of each racket are described on its product page; please review carefully before purchasing.

This does not affect:

  • Your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law
  • Your rights under EU consumer protection law if you are an EU resident
  • Your right to receive a product that matches its description and is fit for its intended purpose

Defects and damage on arrival

If your racket arrives with a defect that prevents normal use, or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@padeluxe.net. Include photos of:

  • The exterior packaging (before opening, if possible)
  • The defect or damage in question

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wear and tear

Padel rackets experience natural wear with use. Carbon weave can develop micro-fractures, the foam core compresses over time, and the surface can chip or crack with court contact.

The following are considered normal wear and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

  • Surface scratches, scuffs, or chipping from court contact
  • Foam compression after extended play
  • Frame stress or hairline cracks from impact
  • Grip wear (the grip is a consumable item)
  • Color fading from sun exposure

Use at your own risk

Padel is a physical sport with inherent risks. Padeluxe rackets are designed for use in standard padel matches and practice. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during play
  • Damage to the racket from use outside its intended purpose (e.g., hitting walls, fences, or other rackets)
  • Damage from improper storage (e.g., extreme heat, leaving in a car)

Replacement parts

We do not currently offer replacement parts (grips, end caps, etc.).

Disclaimer of consequential damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your statutory rights, Padeluxe Trading LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any Padeluxe product.
